I’m a Very Hard Sell; Put That One in the Bank
As an internet marketing professional, I tend to be very careful about the stars I hitch my wagon to; my business is bound to my reputation . The Internet if full of grit-eatin’, scum suckin’, pencil neck gurus out to make a quick buck. They’re a dime a dozen and I’m just looking for the guy supplying the dimes.
You can count the people I follow without hesitation on your fingers and still have several left over for other tasks. Mark Joyner is one of the special few. He is kind of like the E.F. Hutton of internet marketing – when he speaks, everyone listens.
I have never read anything he has written that has led me wrong. I absorb everything he says like a sponge and look for more. I have never spoken with him, much less met him, but I listen to what he has to say with an open mind.
The reason is simple really: to be trusted you must be trustworthy and I trust him. He was an MI officer and I was an MI NCO. There is a bond there that transcends any other explanation. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut.
He just launched a new program: the Kaizen Club. It went live tonight at 8pm EST! (6 November). I don’t know if I will join it or not, but i will surely check it out. I have not seen it either, so we are on fair footing here. lol I am a member in good standing of his Simple*ology program and imagine this is as awesome as it has proved.
I don’t need to see it to know that. I trust him, you know.
